The owner, who trained in the authentic Hakata area, makes the specialty [Hakata Variety Skewers] by hand every day in the store. The skewers are made with plenty of vegetables wrapped in pork belly, and are very filling.
More than 1200 bottles are sold per month. The most popular item is the large white chicken liver from Miyazaki, 240 yen (264 yen including tax).
